INGREDIENTS USING FRESH BERRY JUICE:
Citrulline malate, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-tyrosine, L-glycine, taurine, flavor, glucuronolactone, caffeine, green tea extract, grape seed extract, coloring food (beetroot powder), schizandra extract, bitter orange peel extract (6% synephrine), ginseng root extract, rhodiola rosea extract, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), pepper extract. May contain traces of milk, lactose, gluten, soy and egg.
MANUFACTURER’S RECOMMENDED USE
1 portion = mix 19g powder in 500ml water and consume before training. Do not exceed one portion per day. Tip: Take an ESN shaker and fill it with 500ml water, then add 19g ESN CRANK, which corresponds to 1 level measuring spoon, close the shaker and shake the contents vigorously for a few seconds, allow to "take effect" for approx. 30 seconds and shake again for a few seconds, then consume immediately.
Important information: Contains caffeine (300 mg per serving). Not recommended for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
